After pulling through our main gate, please follow the designated flow of traffic. For scale traffic, proceed to the backside of the building, where our team will assist you with the next steps. Keeping to the flow of traffic ensures that your visit is quick, safe, and efficient.

2. What We Do Not Accept

To protect our operations and ensure the safety of our employees, there are certain materials we do not accept. Please review the following list before loading up your scrap:

• Hazardous Waste: This includes any cooling systems containing chemical agents.
• Sealed Cylinders: We only accept cylinders that have a visible hole to prove they are empty.
• Items with Titles: We do not accept vehicles, boats, or other titled items.
• Non-Metal Items:
  • Tires
  • Fiberglass
  • Roofing materials
  • Insulation
• Radioactive Materials: Special care is required for disposal, and we cannot process these items.
• Compressed Gas Cylinders: These pose a significant safety risk due to the explosive nature of their contents.
• Airbags: Contain toxic sodium azide, which can contaminate metal and cause airbags to explode.
• Explosives: Pose a serious risk to our employees and operations.

By ensuring that none of these items are part of your load, you’ll help us maintain a safe and efficient environment for all customers.

Once you’ve pulled around to the scale area, our team will guide you through the offloading process. Your materials will be weighed on our state-certified scale, ensuring accuracy and transparency in the transaction.
